The Everette loft project posed the challenge of soundproofing a residential loft space above a bar. After exhaustive research, we came up with a design that had excellent sound resistant qualities, yet at a reasonable cost. The result was great! We were able to build out a great loft space without the worries of sound isolation issues. This project was a great experience for everyone involved.

Commonwealth Construction did a great job on my loft. From the floors to the ceiling, everything was done professionally and precisely. Commonwealth turned my unfinished space into a truly beautiful home.
